Well.. I got bored, and decided to do a fantasy draft. I'm the Titans, and i got the 24th pick in the draft. I'll recap my first 11 picks, and give recaps of each game.

Pick 1 (24) - Vince Young.
Well.. I had to. That's all i can say.
Pick 2 (9) - Champ Bailey.
The fact that I got him in the 2nd round is unbelievable. I'll be playing on All-Madden, so a shutdown CB is ESSENTIAL on that skill level.
Pick 3 (24) - Olin Kreutz
I need a strong center to be able to pick up the linebackers that will be watching Vince. He'll do it.
Pick 4 (9) - Shawn Merriman
He's obviously a beast. Sack leader with 4 games missed last year? I need him to shut down QB's. Also, he'll fit in with my defensive scheme.
Pick 5 (24) - Marques Colston (SP?)
He's a big, strong wide receiver that will go over the middle and be dependable for me. Vince isn't going to be a drop-back passer, so he needs somebody he can throw the ball up to and trust to catch it.
Pick 6 (9) - Laurence Maroney
Although young, he's the perfect prototype for a runningback, and has enough of a big play threat to him to keep defenses honest on the play action.
Pick 7 (24) - DaMeco Ryans
A tackle machine. He's all over the field, and will always be in on the play.
Pick 8 (9) - Antonio Gates
A no-brainer. I can't believe he was still here.
Pick 9 (24) - Haloti Ngata
He's strong, yet fast for his size. In the scheme I'll run, he's the perfect prototype and DE.
Pick 10 (9) - LaRon Landry
A hard-hitting safety. That's about all i can say about him.
Pick 11 (24) - Joe Thomas
Although young, he's huge, and will provide good blindside protection for VY.

That's my first 11 picks.. I'll Post my starting gameday team up in a minute.

BTW SETTINGS = FIRST 2 GAMES = All-Pro
NEXT 14 = ALL-MADDEN

WEEK ONE: TENNESSEE (0-0) @ JACKSONVILLE (0-0)
My strategy against Jacksonville is to force Phillip Rivers to throw and wear down their linebackers. On defense i will be running a strict bump and run every time, sometimes play making my OLB's to blitz.. but most of the time they will drop back into coverage. On offense I will just run it down their throat and then throw the occasional screen or slant. I'm just gonna keep it simple.

I Get ball first. Hester returns it to the 50. Jacksonville starts out with having 8 at the line almost every play. I get a huge 3rd down conversion on a play action pass to Antonio Gates. Brunell fumbles on the 7, Jags ball. Shawne Merriman picks Phillip Rivers off @ the 50 yard line on a tipped pass. TEN ball. 51 yard field goal by Bironas is good. The first quarter ends with the Jags driving down the field at their own 33.

Paul Puzsluzny makes it clear that running isn't an option on the 2nd play of the 2nd quarter. He comes across field to force a fumble on a sweep, but the ball goes outta bounds. The Jags then burn Tyrone Pool for the 2nd time on a play action pass, and threaten to score at the 11. Ty Hill picks Rivers off on the 1 on a slant pattern, though. He returns it to the Jacksonville 7. I can't get it in on 3 runs, so Bironas nails a chip shot to make it 6-0. With a minute and 30 seconds left in the half, Brunell and Meachem hook up for a 23 yard 3rd down conversion. Nate Burleson makes a touchdown grab in the endzone with 7 seconds left. Rob Bironas kicks the extra point, 13-0 Titans. Halftime.

I'm happy with my strategy, and I have the cushion that i want. I'm going to keep the defensive strategy, but I'm gonna slow down my offensive attack and just grind it out. The Jags get the ball back to start the 2nd half. The Jags take the ball all the way to my 2 yard line, but LaRon Landry makes a stop at the 1 yard line on a pitch on 3rd down. JAX hits the field goal, 13-3. Laurence makes something outta a 3rd-and-15 draw to somehow get the first down. The 3rd quarter ends with me on the Jacksonville 2 yard line.

Before the first play even is ran in the 4th quarter, a false start is called. Laurence gets the ball back to the 2, though, on the next play. He's stopped on 3rd down at the goal line though, so Bironas hits another chip shot. 16-3. Tyrone Poole picks Rivers off deep on the first play of Jacksonville's drive. I slowly march down the field mixing Laurence Maroney with Michael Pittman. Pittman runs it in from the 2 to make it 23-3. I quickly shut the Jags down on their possession, and they turn over the ball on downs. I just run a few slams up the middle to finish the game up.

ASSESMENT OF GAME ONE: I can say that I'm happy with this first game. Our defense was able to bend without breaking, and our offense did well for an offense that was missing it's start quarterback. Our Defense was also missing two starters. Everybody looked solid, and luckily we had no injuries. I just can't wait till we get Vince back and are able to run my full strategy.

KEY STATS:
TEN Rushing: 126
TEN Passing: 180
JAX Rushing: 20
Jax Passing: 148
Mark Brunell - 9-11, 1 TD, 180 Yards
Laurence Maroney - 96 yards on 27 Attempts
Demeco Ryans - 4 tackles, 1 for loss, 1 Forced Fumble
Tye Hill - 3 tackles, 2 INT.
Rob Bironas - 3 FG Made.

My game ball goes out to Mark Brunell. It's really a tossup between him and Tye Hill. They both were phonominal, but Hill got burnt deep twice. Brunell was smart with the ball, and didn't make any real mistakes.

WEEK TWO: INDIANAPOLIS (1-0) @ TENNESSEE (1-0)
This will be a much harder game than the Jacksonville one. Thank The Colts have Manning.. Eli Manning, that
is. They also have Willis McGahee. On defense they have Asante Samuel, and Sam Madison at the other
CB spot. They're a real quick team. I figure that to win this I'm going to have to plug away at
their D-Line, just like I did against Jacksonville. Their only true weakness is their O-Line - it's
not that good. I'll be sending a lot of blitzes. Thank God I got Champ and Tripplett back this week.

FIRST QUARTER:
I got the ball first. The offense took over at my 22. Devin Hester showed his 100 speed rating in
the slot on a huge 3rd down play around the 50 yard line by burning the man to man coverage and
reeling in a 19 yard first-down catch. Just like the Jacksonville game: I'm not able to punch it
in from 5 yards. I settle for a chip shot.. 3-0 TEN. Just like I hoped, Eli has nowhere to
throw. With Bailey and Hill/Poole covering his average WR's, there's not much he can do. I sack him
and knock away a pass on their first drive. Maroney bounces outside on a stretch and picks up 14
yard to end the quarter. 3-0 TEN.

2ND QUARTER:
Not much happens on my first drive in the 2nd quarter. Their defense steps up and stops me at the
50. Eli drops back to pass on their first play of the drive, and promptly throws the ball right
into the chest of Demeco Ryans. Demeco returns the ball back to the 9. This defense is just
killer. I'm able to get the ball in the endzone this time on a 7 yard pass on a slant to Robert
Meachem. Bironas with the PAT, 10-0 Titans. Poor Eli just looks scared in the pocket. He's somehow
able to complete 2 passes for a first down, but he can't do much after that. I sack him twice, and
he throws the 3rd pass out of bounds. I take over at my 33. On the 2nd play of the drive I hook up
with Marques Colston for a 60 yard TD pass. Maybe this game is gonna be easier than I expected. I
don't know how, but Eli looks more comfortable on this drive. He's completed 4 straight passes, and
is actually threatining to get into field goal range. But, Mcgahee isn't able to get 3 yards on a
4th down attempt, and I take over at my 47. I get too careless with a pass over the middle, though, and
Odell Thurman picks me off.. Now they're at my 47. Tyrone Poole picks Eli off at my 3 yard line on a fly
route, though. Eli just can't get anything to go his way this game.

HALFTIME:
I'm happy with my play.. I think I'll just continue to run it down their throats.. I'll try to get
a few subs in there if it stays about this deficit towards the 4th quarter. I don't need any more
injuries.

3RD QUARTER:
Eli comes out firing, and actually looks comfortable. He can't get the Colts into the endzone though,
so they settle for a 36 yard field goal. 17-3. Hester returns the kick to my 45. I start to steadily
drive down the field. Their defense is just way too soft on the corners. I'm killing them on the stretch
play - their linebackers have no idea what to do.

4th QUARTER:
I end up settling for a 53 yard field goal. 20-3 Titans. On the first play of their drive, Eli throws
yet ANOTHER interception. Tyrone Poole with the USER pick. I send Kyle Orton out with the offense.
Lord knows I don't need Brunell injured ontop of having Young out. Orton actually completes a pass
to Antonio Gates on his first attempt. But, in typical Orton fashion, he throws a pick in the endzone
2 plays later. Buttttt.. guess what Eli does? He hits LaRon Landry right in the chest, and I take over
at the Colts 3. I don't know what it is, but my secondary is just SICK. Delay of game is called on
me, but Maroney runs it in from 8 the next play. The PAT is good, so that like makes it 32432 to 3,
Titans. But seriously - 27-3. And.. Puszlus-fuggit, you know what his name is, picks Eli off for
the 3242th time. I take over at my 50. I start grinding the ball.. Michael Pittman has a 21 yard
run. I kick a 25 yard field goal, 30-3. The Colts get the ball back with 9 seconds left. I sack
Eli with a 3 man rush. He throws the ball 10 feet out of bounds. Game over. 30-3, titans win.

ASSESMENT OF GAME TWO:
My defense is about as stout as stout can get. We're shutting the run down, getting a good pass
rush, and our secondary is playing unbelievably well. Offense is clicking well, too. I just can't
imagine how good it will be when Vince is back. I'm VERY pleased with the way this game was played.

KEY STATS:
TEN Rushing: 153
TEN Passing: 131
IND Rushing: 4
IND Passing: 128
Eli Manning: 5 INTERCEPTIONS
Maroney - 108 yards on 28 attempts, one touchdown.
Michael Pittman - 45 yardsd on 4 attempts.
Joe Thomas - 10 pancakes, no sacks allowed.
Tyrone Poole - 3 tackles, 2 interceptions.
Champ Bailey - Not thrown at.
Bironas - 3-3

GAME BALL:
I'm going to definitely have to give the game ball to Tyrone Poole. He stepped up big. It was obvious
that they would throw to his side, knowing that the best cornerback in the NFL is on the other side
of the field. He made the best of his chance, and really shut them down.

WEEK THREE: TENNESSEE (2-0) @ NEW ORLEANS (0-2)

I don't see how NO is 0-2. Although Kurt Warner is old, he can still throw. Maruice Jones-Drew
is a big play threat, and they have a big, strong line. On defense they are stout on the line, having
Gaines Adams and John Henderson on the line. Their line backers, altough a bit on the slow side, still
swarm to the ball. It'll be hard throwing on them, though. They have Deangelo Hall and Dunta Robinson
at the corners. I believe I'll be playing a lot of Cover 2 on defense, while controlling Ryans to keep
MJD in check. On offense, I'll be running a lot of stretches and slams to keep the defensive line out
of breath.

FIRST QUARTER:
I get the ball to open the game. Hester returns it to the 28. I get a first down on a play-action
pass, but i can't going much after that. I punt the ball away, and NO takes over at their 8. Ngata makes
a huge play play on a 3rd down screen by tipping the ball away, and i take over at my 28. I can't do
much, though, and punt the ball over after getting 3-and-outted. After a 45 yard punt, though, a flag
is thrown late. NO gets penalized for roughing the kicker, so i get a fresh set of downs at my 41. The
first quarter end with me driving on New Orlean's 47.

SECOND QUARTER:
On the first play of the second quarter Brunell is sacked and fumbles the ball. New Orleans recovers on
my 37. On the 2nd play of their drive, though, LaRon Landry lays the wood on MJD and makes him fumble. I
recover on my own 29. Devin Hester burns the outside linebacker covering him and breaks loose for a 69
yard touchdown pass. Bironas on the PAT, 7-0 Titans. My defense steps up and stops NO on 3rd and 7 and I
get the ball back on my 13. I steadily start to march down the field, mixing in slams with play action
passes. Brunell looks really comfortable, completing 4 straight passes. Antonio Gates makes an incredible
play by catching the ball with 0 seconds left, having his back to the endzone, and running over 2 defenders
to make the score 13-0. Bironas on the PAT, 14-0 Titans.

HALFTIME
I'm happy with my defense, like usual. The offense could look better, but we have a 14 point lead so I
can't complain. One thing I AM gonna change up is i'm going to run a lot of bump and run 2 man under this
2nd half to try to MAKE MJD do something.

THIRD QUARTER:
New Orleans quickly gets a first down on a slant to Joey Galloway. 2 plays later, Mason makes a huge catch
over 2 defenders and NO is quickly at my 15. MJD gets it in from 3 yards out to make the game 14-7. Hester
returns the ball to the 22, and the offense comes out to add some points to the lead. The quarter ends with
me on the 50.

FOURTH QUARTER:
I continue to drive, but am stopped around the 45, so I punt the ball away. The Saints take over at their
own 22. LaRon Landry drops a huge would-be interception deep downfield on a 2 and 10 pass. NO starts to
drive, and find theirself at my 40. Champ Bailey breaks up a possible game-tying touchdown pass in the
endzone on a 2 and 9 pass. This game is turning into a nailbiter. Warner completes a 3rd down pass to
Galloway, and the drive continues. Ngata makes another huge play by sacking Warner, and now it's 3rd and
14 on my 33. Warner has nobody to throw to, and Marcus Spears takes him down to make it 4th and 18. DeMeco
Ryans comes up huge with a 1st-down-saving tackle on Derrick Mason to give me the ball at my own 21. I
quickly run two runs up the gut for 7 yards, and NO burns two timesouts. I take a risk by trying to pass
on 3rd and 3, and it pays off with Antonio Gates making a diving catch to basically seal the game. I run
a few slams to end the game, and I leave New Orleans with a well-earned 14-7 victory.

ASSESMENT OF GAME THREE:
My defense did another great job of bending but not breaking. Brunell looked the best, in my opinion, he's
looked all year. Maroney ran really strong, and Gates was really clutch for me with 3 3rd-down catches. On
defense our safety's got picked on a little bit, but the CB's were stout and the line stood strong and kept
Warner uncomfortable all day. An overall good game, but there's some stuff to build on.

KEY STATS:
TEN RUSHING: 112
TEN PASSING: 133
NO RUSHING: 15
NO PASSING: 141
Brunell - 8-10, 149 yards, 2 touchdowns.
Maroney - 101 yards on 31 carries, with one fumble.
Gates - 5 rec., 56 yards, 1 touchdown
Ngata - 3 tackles, 1 for a loss, 1 sack.
LaRon Landry - 4 tackles, 1 Forced Fumble

GAME BALL:
My game ball would have to go to Brunell. Although he did fumble once, he was being sacked so he couldn't
really help it. He made smart choices, and gave us our two touchdowns. If I could give a second one out,
though, it would have to go to Antonio Gates. He was simply clutch.

WEEK 5: ATLANTA (0-4) @ TENNESSEE (3-0)

I'm surprised that Atlanta is doing this horribly. Delhomme is their QB, Warrick Dunn is their runningback,
and Randy Moss is their top wideout. DBrickashaw Ferguson and Nick Mangold are on their O-line, so they
have a decent offense. Their D-Line is stout, and their linebackers are good. Their weakness is their
secondary. I'm still going to just try to control the ball and run it down their throats, but I'll be throwing
in a lot of play-action, too. On defense I'll just stick with the Cover 2 Man bump.

FIRST QUARTER:
I kick the ball off to begin the game. Peter Warrick takes it to the 22. On a 3rd and ten play Randy
Moss burns me deep for six. PAT is good, 7-0 ATL. Hester returns the kick to the 27. Brunell tucks it
and runs on a 3rd and 6 play, and fumbles right when he is hit at the first down marker. Colston picks
the ball up and keeps the drive alive. I start driving down the field. Their line is just too small for
my big gaurds and Olin Kreutz. I get it in from 15 out with a quick strike to Meachem. PAT good, 7-7. On
the first play of the ATL drive Champ Bailey gets sick of Moss, steps up in front of him, picks off a
screen pass and takes it to the house for 6. Bironas on the PAT, 14-7 Titans. Champ Bailey picks his
2nd pass of the game off on a jump ball to give me the ball at ATL's 41.

SECOND QUARTER:
The 2nd quarter starts with me driving on their 38. Devin Hester flashes his speed on a 3rd and 11 play
by simply running by his defender to grab a ball 5 yards away from where it's supposed to be. 1st down on
ATL's 14. Antonio Gates takes a pass on a hitch route to the 2 yard line. Maroney takes it in for the
TD. PAT good, 21-7 TN. ATL goes 3-and-out, and I take over at my 28. ATL stiffens up, though, and I punt
after 3 plays. A big scare happens when LaRon Landry goes down with a wrist injury. Luckily, though, it's
just a sprained wrist and he'll be back after this game. We both 3 and out each other, and Atlanta gets
the ball at my 43. Landry's replacement, James Sanders, steps up in a big way by picking Delhomme off. I
take over at my own 35. I'm not able to do anything though, and I punt the ball away. Atlanta can't do
much either, though, and I take over at my 34. I can't do anything though, and the game goes into halftime
with the score Tennessee 21, Atlanta 7.

HALFTIME:
The defense looks great. So does the offense to a lesser extent. Not much to pick on here.

THIRD QUARTER:
Devin Hester brings the ball out to my 40. Brunell's great, smart play is ended though when he is picked off
at the ATL 43. ATL takes over at my 48. ATL comes out firing in the 2nd half, and they climb close on a jump
ball thrown to Peter Warrick. The PAT is good: 21-14, TN. Antonio Gates makes a huge play on a badly thrown
ball on 3rd down to get the first down.. and the drive continues. Devin Hester makes a huge 3rd down grab
to take the ball all the way to the Atlanta 12 yard line. The Falcon's defense stiffens up, though, and I
have a 4 and 18th field goal coming up heading into the fourth quarter.

FOURTH QUARTER:
Bironas hits the field goal from 39 out, and the score is 24-14 TN. Moss burns the safety in a cover 2 zone,
though, and it is quickly a 3 point game. Brunell throws yet another pick, and the Falcon's are threatining
to take the lead. And take the lead they do, as Moss scores his 3rd TD. Something tells me that if Landry
was playing this wouldn't of happened.. Brunell makes up for his mistake.. well at least - by scrambling for
the first down on a 4th down play to keep our hopes alive. Meachem makes another huge grab to keep our hopes
alive on a 4th and 8 slant. Brunell fires an absolute bullet to Meachem for 27 yards to get me inside the
red zone. On 3rd and goal from the 1 yard line, Maroney is stopped at my 3 yard line. It all comes down to
4th and goal. Brunell scrambles to his left, and sees Colston break for the side of the Endzone. He fires a
bullet to him, and Colston makes the 30-28. Bironas's PAT is good, 31-28 with 6 seconds left in the game.
Atlanta takes over on their 21 with 4 seconds left. I'm almost SURE they're going to throw a jump ball to
Moss, hoping for pass interference. I'm exactly right. Bailey knocks it down, though, and I escape with a
narrow 31-28 win.

ASSESMENT OF GAME FOUR:
Interesting game. Brunell looked sloppy at some times, great at others. Maroney was decent at best, and my
line didn't block that great. On defense we were stout, but we gave up TOO MANY big plays. Not much I can
say about this except I'm just happy we escaped with a win.

KEY STATS:
Bunell: 13-27, 2 TD, 2 Int.
Maroney: 63 yards on 28 carries, 1 TD.
Gates, Meachem combined - 8 Rec., 108 yards, 1 TD.
Champ Bailey - 1 tackle, 2 INT, 1 TD, 3 passes Deflected.

GAME BALL:
Champ gets the game ball today. Although he allowed to long scores, one wasn't totally his fault. Also,
those 2 interceptions were at key times.
