Unless the Mets overhaul their rotation with a lot of good pitchers, I'll agree. But we've got our own holes to fill before worrying about what the Mets are doing.

Color me crazy, but I think the Marlins will be the team we'll have to beat to get back to the top next year...

i actually think the marlins are going to back down to earth and play closer to their actual talent level with all that youth, the muts are the team to beat, esp if they get zito

Depends on the manager they bring in. I don't know many that would be willing to take a job there when they see what happened to Girardi.

They'll have some talent, but they'll need a leader.

MArlins are too hard to predict. The Braves have a lot of good things going for them, its certainly not unrealistic to think we could win the division next season.

Don't know if it's been posted yet, but ESPN is reporting Pedro out for 8 months with a torn rotator cuff.

Skip said something about it on the radio tonight. Pedro's breaking down, about 10 years later than everyone thought he would.
