Morton hung a two-out breaking ball to Ty Wigginton, who hit a third-inning grand slam and put Morton and the Braves in an early hole. Morton responded well, though, retiring the next nine batters he faced before giving up another run in the sixth inning. Morton is now 0-2 with an 8.36 ERA in three starts at Turner Field. Hmm... I think Maddux will get him at least once by backing up a fastball on the outer half. I think our offense will score a few runs tonight so I'll keep the three groundouts you have and add my strikeout in for an 0-for-4.

It's pretty even IMO, both at the very separate ends of the spectrum, Maddux about to retire, Morton just entering.
